Important Information
Booking Policy
For both out Cattle Encounters and Photography Sessions we require bookings to be made at a minimum of one week in advance. Session availabilities are available in our booking calendar online. Should your preferred date be unavailable or outside of regular booking hours, please complete our booking request form, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation requests. With at least 48hrs notice, rescheduling is free of charge and can be done online through (…the link provided in your confirmation email). Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit their non-refundable deposit.
If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible at +61 428 400 096. While we will always do our best to accommodate, sessions may need to be shortened to maintain our schedule. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without prior contact will be classified as a cancellation with no notice.
In the unlikely circumstance that the session is postponed by us, we will work with you to you to find a convenient alternative date or issue a full refund.
Weather Policy
This is an outdoor experience and therefore we encourage you to book with the weather forecast in mind. In the event of light rain or significantly wet/muddy ground, we will move the shooting location to under the hay shed.
Sessions may be postponed due to extreme heat or significant rain or storms. We will notify guests via email and phone call as soon as possible in the event of a weather-related postponement. In the event a session is postponed by us, we will work with guests to reschedule their visit or receive a full refund.
It is important to not that throughout the hot Australian summer months, we avoid scheduling sessions during the hottest part of the day for the welfare of our cattle. In hot weather, the cattle prefer to rest in the shade or the dam rather than interact with our guests.
Therefor it is important to note that:
On days forecast to exceed 30°C, sessions from 9am to 5pm are likely to be postponed.
On days forecast to exceed 35°C, all session times may be postponed.
We reserve the right to alter our policies at any time. Any exceptions will be made at our own discretion.
